Who We Are

Highly qualified and motivated professionals

Our family-run business company has a long tradition in the industry. I• The kick off started from Alexandria along the coast of the Mediterranean Sea in Egypt during the late 1970s, where we used to buy some promised lands that we select them after careful inspection, finish all the needed paper works and fulfill the required licenses, to build high-end residential and commercial towers and apartment complexes.

• After 15 years of hard and continuous work we were able to build one of the strongest construction and development companies in Egypt, which com- bines great experience and excellent reputation.

• At this moment thinking to take our company to a higher step so we can grow up internationally and expand our work, was our next goal in addition to the urgency of creating an exit from Egypt to all family members by starting the US citizen application process.

• in 1996 we did start a new challenge by invading the hospitality business industry in the United States of America, which wasn’t an easy decision.

• Despite all the obstacles that we faced like the new market, strict US rules, different culture, and because we believe that in order to succeed we need to escalate the stairs step by step. We agreed to start off in Florida with a small non-franchise hotel then growing up slowly but wisely.

• We did manage this hotel and handle the operation while we were still in Egypt because it took us few years to wrap up our projects, adjust our immi- gration status to finally move to the states.

• Once we moved to Florida our next challenge was how to fulfill the franchise requirements since we had a future plan to buy a franchise hotel.

• Two years later, we did sell Florida’s hotel, applied to get Hilton franchise and Bought our first franchise hotel: Hampton inn &suites in Blythe California.

• After three years of successful operation and great performance we got Marriott franchise approval to buy and build a Fairfield inn& suites in the same city.

• Few years later the oil industry in Texas attract us to move our business to Andrews where we bought our holiday inn and looking forward to build a Hilton hotel on the vacant parcel that we own there.

• This long process took us several years of patience, education and non-stop work until we became a well-known and qualified {HILTON,IHG,Marriott, Best Western} franchise approved company eligible to own, operate and build franchise hotels.

 located at 1100 South Main Street in Andrews, Texas is a 67-Room, 3-Story, limited-service hotel with guest entry to rooms via interior corridor. The hotel proudly displays a Great Room with over- sized Meeting Space, a Business Center, Fitness Center, and Outdoor Pool. All rooms feature work desks with lamps, high speed internet access (wired & wireless), cable TV, microwave ovens, refrigerators, coffee makers, irons, and ironing boards. Also featured is a complimentary hot breakfast.

Business travelers will appreciate the hotel’s proximity to the Andrews County Airport, Andrews Business & Technology Center, and the Andrews Multipur- pose Agricultural Complex, as well as several Andrews businesses including corporations such as Kirby West, Baker Hughes, XTO Energy, Stewarts Inc., Tesco, Halliburton, Schlumberger, Exxon Mobil, Industrial Mechanical Inc., and Chevron Drilling

 

2-Hampton inn & Suites, Blythe - California.

Located of I-10 and US-95, about 15 minutes away from the Blythe Intaglios.at 2011 E Donlon street Blythe, CA 92225.consisting of 68 rooms, 10 miles away from Arizona state. The Colorado River is less than a mile away from our hotel, and you’ll find many spots for hiking and outdoor activities within an hour’s drive. Relax by our outdoor pool and barbecue area and enjoy free WIFI and hot breakfast.

 

3-Marriott Fairfield inn, Blythe - California.

The Fairfield inn was planned to be built next to the Hampton inn in Blythe on the vacant land area that we owned, got the Marriott franchise approval, prepare the permits and licenses for construction.

 

4-Hampton inn & Suites, Andrews - Texas.

Located at N Main street Andrews TX 79714 consisting of 108 rooms under construction.

Blueprints and permits are approved and ready for contractors biding.
